With B‑GO, you can speak to someone at the practice—or use our online forms if that’s easier. It’s up to you.
Our secure forms are available 24/7 and cover a wide range of requests:
- Skin concerns
- Pill or HRT reviews
- Blood pressure checks
- General medical or admin queries
Once submitted, your form goes straight to the practice through a secure NHS system—just like a letter or phone message, but much faster. It’s safely sorted and sent to the right person on the team.
Behind the scenes, our trained staff (including remote teams) handle dozens of these requests in a single session. This helps your practice respond faster and more efficiently—without long waits or busy phone lines.
We also help practices manage routine care better.
Instead of recalling patients by birthday, we group recalls by condition—for example, sending a text to everyone with asthma. People who are well can get a treatment plan quickly. Those who need more support are offered an appointment. It’s more personal, more efficient, and helps your GP practice reach more people.
Some forms even allow you to book directly, such as for HRT reviews—saving time for everyone.
We’re also developing tools to improve access for non-English speakers, including automatic translation of submitted forms.
