We knew we had to do something different.

Some digital systems made things worse—too complex, expensive, or hard for patients to use. So we set out to create something better: a simple, flexible solution that puts patients first, without adding pressure to the team.

Here in Scotland, our NHS tech is outdated and the promised upgrades keep getting delayed. We couldn’t wait. So we built a better option ourselves.

Now used across 14 GP sites supporting 120,000+ patients, our web app is easy, affordable, and fast. It’s already helping people get the care they need—and helping practices manage the workload.
